Lawyer Alejandro Cipolla provided his version of events from the perspective of defending influencer Morena Rial, who was detained after a suspicious police operation. Cipolla emphasized Morena's innocence due to ignorance and denied that the vehicle she was traveling in had any outstanding warrants.
Regarding the items seized by the police in the car, the lawyer explained that they were inside a backpack and that Morena was unaware of them. According to Cipolla, Morena was a victim of two individuals who asked her to take them to Capital Federal, as she had gone to pick up the car in the northern area and was returning to her temporary apartment in CABA before heading back to Córdoba.
About the companions of Morena in the vehicle, the lawyer stated that she did not know them; they were friends of the other person traveling with her from Córdoba. Cipolla also pointed out that it would be unlikely for someone with an outstanding warrant to associate with a public figure like Morena, which would attract more attention.
Regarding the robbery method mentioned involving the group, Cipolla indicated that her companions had informed Rial that they were getting out of the vehicle because it was someone known to them. Lautaro Ledesma, 22 years old, who was traveling with Morena, was arrested due to an outstanding warrant for burglary, but the lawyer insisted that it was all a misunderstanding and that Morena did not participate in any unlawful act. Cipolla also denied that Morena or her friend were aware of the arrest warrant against Ledesma.
